The Frou Frou Costume is designed to keep any possible accidents inside the swim nappy.  Parents and Swim Instructors can feel more at ease and less stressed in the water.  They are made of 1mm supple, stretchy neoprene and finished with super soft snug fitting, deep bands of fabric with a high rubber content to keep nasties inside.
